Managing Security Groups

When managing Security Groups, you can define business object rights, assign roles and users, create new Groups, edit existing Groups, and more.

Security Groups are managed using the Security Group Manager.

Use the Security Group Manager to:

• Create or edit Security Groups:
  • Define general information for a Security Group.
  • Define functionality security rights.
  • Define Business Object rights.
  • Define File Attachment rights for a Security Group.
  • Assign Roles to a Security Group.
  • Assign Users to a Security Group.
  • Move Users to a different Security Group.
• Delete a Security Group.
• Copy a Security Group.
