Links for RSS Feeds

In addition to showing the data from a record, there is a link that takes the viewer to the current record in CSM. To specify what the link does, provide a value for the l parameter (that is a lower case L):

Mode	URL parameter
CSM Desktop Client The Desktop Client must be installed on the user’s machine.	l=SC l=SmartClient
CSM Browser Client (default) The URL to the Browser Client must be configured in CSM Administrator under Browser and Mobile>Browser Application Settings.	l=T l=Technician
Cherwell Self-Service The URL to Self-Service must be configured in CSM Administrator under Browser and Mobile>Browser Application Settings.	a=SS a=SelfService

Here is an example URL indicating the links should take the User to the current record inside of the CSM Desktop application:
