CSM Web-Forms

Cherwell Web-Forms™ is a browser-based application that allows users to enter, view, and edit Business Objects over the web without having to log in (example: Registration, ordering, etc.). This tool also allows for the remote execution of One-Step™ Actions.

Use Cherwell Web-Forms to create customer satisfaction surveys, inquiry systems, order forms, exit surveys, or customer complaint forms.
