Counter Security Rights

Counter rights are selected from the Category drop-down on the Rights tab in CSM Administrator (Security > Edit Security Groups).

Counters? Rights are organized by scope: Blueprint, global, role, team, and user.	Allows people working with Counters to: View: View Counters. Add: Create Counters. Edit: Edit (reset or change) Counters. Delete: Delete Counters.	View/Run Only: Managers Users All rights: System administrators
