PPM Issues

PPM Issues affect the overall PPM Project Health.

The Type field populates into the Project health numbers.

To create a PPM Issue:

1. In the Issues tab of the form arrangement, select New PPM Issue.
   1. Enter a title and description (optional).
   2. Select a type.
      The type you choose reflects in the Project Health widget.
   3. (Optional) Select assigned team and assigned to.
   4. Select an open date and expected resolution date.
   5. Select the Impact To Scope and/or Identified as a Risk check boxes, if necessary.
   6. Select a priority.
2. (Optional) Select a date completed and disposition.
3. (Optional) Provide an action plan.
