Adding a Workaround to a Problem
Use the power of an Automated Process to add a workaround to a JIRA issue from CSM.
To add a workaround to a Problem:
Only available if the Problem has previously been posted to JIRA. To use this feature, Automation Processes must be enabled and configured.
- In the CSM Desktop Client, open a Problem that has previously been posted to JIRA.
- Enter text in the Workaround field.
An Automation Process runs and adds a comment to the JIRA issue showing that the Problem has a workaround. The text from the Workaround field is added into JIRA. This may take a few minutes.
