Prompts Security Rights

Prompt rights are selected from the Category drop-down on the Rights tab (CSM Administrator>Security>Edit Security Groups).

Rights are organized by scope: Blueprint, Global, Role, Team, and User.

Allows people working with Prompts to:

  • View: View Prompts.
  • Add: Create Prompts.
  • Edit: Edit Prompts.
  • Delete: Delete Prompts.

View/Run Only:

  • Users
  • Customers

All rights:

  • System administrators
  • Managers
