Devices Reports

The Devices Reports provides detailed export capabilities for device data in your Ivanti Neurons environment. You can export all devices or only a selected subset, including both primary and secondary columns.

Exporting Device Reports

Follow these steps to export device data to a CSV report.

1. Select Devices in the navigation pane.

2. Select the check box next to each device you want to include in the report.

3. If you do not select any devices, all devices will be included.

4. Click Export.

5. Select one of the following options:

   • All devices to export data for all devices.

   • Selected devices to export only the devices you selected.

6. You can download device reports in two ways. Go to Reports in the navigation pane, find your report in My Reports, and select Download when the status shows Complete. Or, after exporting a report, use the notifications panel on the Devices page. Click the notification icon, locate the “Success: Report complete” entry, and select Download to save the file directly.

Important Notes

• Device exports include any applied filters and device group selections.

• When you export secondary columns with array values, such as antivirus products or partitions, the system creates a separate row for each item. The export repeats primary columns as needed.

• You must have the Device View, View Reports, and Create Reports permissions to export device data. The Admin role includes these permissions by default. For more information, see Permissions.

• The system exports all device reports in CSV format.
