Permission Priority Order

When a user is in multiple groups or has a specific permission set applied, conflicts are resolved using a defined priority order.

Permission priority is set in this order (highest priority first):

  1. Temporary Offline Permission
  2. Media Authorizer Permission (more information on Media Authorizer in Working with Media Authorizer)
  3. Normal/Online/Offline Permission
    1. High None
    2. High Positive
    3. Low None
    4. Low Positive
  4. Temporary Permission
  5. Scheduled Permission
