Use the DSM Sync workflow block to synchronize the HEAT DSM system data to Service Manager.

ok	Continue to the next block.
failed	General exit port for a failed integration action. A logical next step is to trigger a notification.

Title	A unique name for the workflow block.
Synchronization Action	The synchronization action. Choose from the drop-down list.
Exception Message Field	The exception message field. Choose from the drop-down list.
