ServerURL

Returns the base URL (either HTTP or HTTPS) of the Service Manager Application Server. For Service Manager Cloud customers, an example is http://mycompany.saasit.com. (For Service Manager on-premise customers, your system administrator determines the URL of your Service Manager Application Server.)

In previous releases, this function was inconsistent and returned a URL with and without a trailing slash.  This function always returns a URL with a trailing slash.
