About Using the Save For Later and Cart Features in the Responsive User Interface
You cannot submit incidents as cart items. The system automatically submits incidents when they are created. Therefore, the system does not display the Save for Later icon as an option for incidents.
The Save for Later and Cart features are available for the Self Service Mobile role from the responsive user interface. The administrator must configure these functions before they are available for use.
•The Save for Later feature allows you to create a request, save it, and submit it later.
•The Cart feature allows you to submit an item to a shopping cart. You can then review and submit all of the items in your shopping cart at one time.
•Enabling both features allows you to save requests for later, submit them to a shopping cart, and then submit all requests in the cart at one time.
The system stores items that are saved for later in a draft folder on the Services Catalog page. Cart items appear in a shopping cart. You can review and submit a draft item at a later date and if the Cart feature is enabled, you can then move a draft item into a cart.
The following Cart feature icons are available when working with requests:

Cancel | Cancels the edit or the request and returns you to the Services Catalog menu. |
