Working with Journals and Attachments
You can add journals/notes and attachments to Incidents, Service Reqests, Tasks, and CI. using your mobile device.
Adding Notes
1.From the Home page, open any workspace and tap Edit.
2.Expand the Journal section. For task - expand the Comments section and tap Notes.
3.Tap Notes.
4.In the Notes page, select the Category, Source, and other relevant information and tap OK.
5.Tap the Save icon

Adding an Attachment
1.From the Home page, open any workspace and tap Edit.
2.Expand the Attachments section.
3.Tap the add icon 
.
4.Choose the file you wish to attach and tap Open.
Deleting an attachment
1.From the Home page, open any workspace and tap Edit.
2.Expand the Attachments section.
3.Tap the remove icon 
on the attachment you wish to delete.
4.Tap Delete in the prompt message.
