Ivanti Neurons for GRC - Self Service User

Minimum Version: Neurons for ITSM 2023.2.

Ivanti Neurons for GRC provides Self Service Users with enhanced Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) functionality for their existing Ivanti Neurons for ITSM system.

Important: The following features are available in the Ivanti Neurons for GRC application, or as part of the Neurons for ITSM Enterprise paid enhancement package.

When logged on to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM with Neurons for GRC 2023.2, a Self-Service GRC User can:

Submit a request for Vendor Onboarding.

The above mentioned enhancement is available in the Service Catalog General Services section, and is only available to Neurons for GRC users. All other default Self Service requests are also available.

The request features described below are new or improved for Ivanti Neurons for GRC 2023.2.

Vendor Onboarding Request

Submit a request to on-board a vendor for services or products they provide.

To create a Vendor Onboarding request:

1.Log in to the Ivanti Neurons Self-Service portal.

2.Select IT Services, and then select Service Catalog.

3.Select the General Services category, and then select Vendor Onboarding.

4.See Vendor Onboarding Request in Default Service Catalog Offerings for details on completing the request.

5.Click Review & Submit:

If the Vendor details are correct click Submit.

If further edits are required, click Edit, make required changes and re-submit.

When submitted the Vendor Onboarding request is sent for approval, and Status is marked as Submitted.

To view the submitted request:

1.Select the Home icon in the left column.

1.Select My Items in the Ivanti Neurons Service Portal Home page.

2.Select the item in the My Items list.
