** Customers using SQL 2022 who are considering migrating to a Cloud deployment of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, may have to downgrade their SQL 2022 database to SQL 2019 prior to migrating.
ITSM application does not support case sensitive SQL Collation.
ITSM application only supports SQL Collation of SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS.

Browser Compatibility
Neurons for ITSM versions 2022.1 and newer do not support Internet Explorer.

Ivanti recommends and supports using the latest production version of Google Chrome (not including beta versions) with Neurons for ITSM. If new versions of Google Chrome break compatibility with Neurons for ITSM, we will document those exceptions here and work to support the new browser version with the next release. At time of release, Ivanti has successfully tested Ivanti Neurons for ITSM with Google Chrome version 137.0.7151.41. Download and install the ClickOnce extension to ensure that the Ivanti Neurons for ITSM reporting feature works correctly. |
