GMEE Auto-Complete Activity Block

Configures actions and corresponding notes to post to the contact record and History tab.

This block is for use only with Ivanti Voice/GMEE configurations. For details, refer to Ivanti Voice/GMEE Configuration.

Settings

The GMEE Auto-Complete Activity block settings are:

  • Label - Change the name of the block if needed to uniquely identify the use of this block in the application flowchart.
  • Select activity to autocomplete - The activity to post to the contact record. The drop-down list of activities includes:
    • Incoming Call
    • Outbound Call
    • Call Back
    • Message
    • Next Action
    • Appointment
    • Sale
    • OtherAction
    • Event
    • To Do
  • User Name - The ID of the user who handles the call. Type the name of the property which holds the user name: (%UserID%)
  • Contact Account Number - The interaction property that holds the account number of the contact. Specify the value you entered as an interaction property that retrieves the contact's account number from the GMEE database in the GMEE Search block.
  • Contact Name - The interaction property that holds the name of the contact, as found by GMEE Search block. Specify the value you entered as an interaction property that retrieves the contact's name from the GMEE database in the GMEE Search block.
  • Make Private - Configures the attendant application to prevent other users from seeing the posted note.
  • Activity Code - Text which will be populated in the Activity Code field.
  • Result Code - Text which will be populated in the Result Code field.
  • Notes - The comments the attendant application posts to the contact record History tab.
  • Reference - Reference to be posted to Reference tab.
  • Recorded File - The complete path and file name of the recorded file if the Record block records voice mail from the caller.

When configuration for this block is complete, click the Update button to apply the settings.
