Define Access Rights (NTFS)

In this dialog box you specify the access rights you want to assign to the selected user or group. Use the menu commands or equivalent buttons for the following tasks:

• Full Control (All Rights)
  Assigns or removes all rights listed below.
• Other
  Allows you to specify individual rights:
  • Read (R): Read files
  • Write (W): Write files
  • Execute (X): Execute/launch applications
  • Delete (D): Delete files
  • Change Permissions (P): Change existing permissions
  • Take Ownership (O)
