Define Access Rights (Registry)

In this dialog box you specify the access rights you want to assign to the selected user or group. Use the menu commands or equivalent buttons for the following tasks:

• Full Control (All Rights)
  Assigns or removes all rights listed below.
• Other
  Allows you to specify individual rights:
  • Query Value: Read a value from a registry key
  • Set Value: Set a value in a registry key
  • Create Subkey: Create a subkey in a registry key
  • Enumerate Subkeys: List the subkeys of a registry key
  • Notify: Audit events of a registry key
  • Create Link: Create a link to a key
  • Delete: Delete registry key
  • Write: DAC Access a key to write the key its own ACL
  • Write Owner: Access a key to take ownership of it
  • Read Control: Read the security information for a key
