Section:

Distribution

Description:

Use this setting to specify when the packages will be deleted from the distribution target directory.
The default grace period is 5 days: If this period is over and the packages are still not available in the distribution source directory, they will be deleted permanently from the distribution target directory as well.

In the mean time these packages are marked for deletion and the package directory <Package ID> is renamed to  todelete.<HHMMSS-DDMMYYY>.<Package ID>.
