NetInstall Application Starter

The NetInstall Application Starter is required to install missing portions of packages.

It also ensures fault-tolerant operation during the execution of network applications started from logical drives:

• Before the application is started, the Application Starter checks whether the server associated with this drive is accessible.
• If not, a new server is selected, the drive link to this server assigned and the program started from that server.
