Viewing Collection Details

Summary: This article shows how to find information about finding collection filters and auto ticketing configurations

After you create a collection, it will appear under the Collection Views section. You can either apply the view or apply the filters. (If you apply the view, the collection will use page settings other than filters and the Group By from your default view. For more information on views, refer to Saved Views: Overview.)

If you configure auto-ticketing for a collection, the platform will immediately start to associate findings with tickets. For impacted findings, the Host Finding or Application Finding Details will show information about the collection.

The Collections section of the Finding Details shows the collection description, total finding count, filters, ticketing schedule and frequency, and count of tickets issued.

For further information, select See all collection details. This detail view shows complete information the auto-ticketing configuration. You can also edit auto ticketing options or delete the collection from this page.
