Dashboards

Configurable KPI Enhancements

Several features have been added to the Prioritization and SLA Overview Dashboard Configurable KPIs.

The KPIs for these dashboards will now have:

  • An “Asset Type” configuration shows Host, App, or Host+App data.

  • A “Timeline” configuration for KPIs where applicable.

  • The ability to choose the KPI that is shown from the available library.

To support configurations, new KPIs take up more width on the dashboard. Users can find the KPIs removed from the Prioritization and SLA Overview dashboards within the widget library or through the KPI swapping feature.

End-of-Life (EOL) KPI Widgets

Older versions of the KPI widgets remain with the widget library under the tag “Q4 2022 EOL”. For more information on these EOL widgets, visit the article End-of-Life Communication - Q4 2022 EOL Widgets.

Miscellaneous Changes

Standardized Executive Dashboard

Enhanced the overall look of the executive dashboard table widgets by standardizing how data is displayed for each. Consistent labeling of empty data, alignment of specific data types, and display of columns and hyperlinks improve the overall experience as users switch between each configured dashboard.

Fixed Issues

  • When deleting a connector, the UI should now update quicker to reflect this.

  • Filtering for greater-than/less-than and before/after operators now allows values that do not exist within the data set.

  • The BMC connector will now filter out disabled users in the name field.

  • Submitting large comma-separated values in the new list view filtering system should now work correctly.

  • Searching for a User Filter and applying it should no longer reset the User Filter section.

  • Tag history will now correctly reflect findings and not asset information when creating a ticket from an asset page.

  • The CMDB fields section of the detail pane will now be organized correctly, with only a single drop down needing to be opened to see all of the fields at once.

  • The host list view once again should allow the merging of hosts where there is a mixed-mode network involved.

  • XML files being brought into the system (integration or manual) that have non-XML compliant characters should now process correctly after removing those characters.

  • When creating a notification for “Integration Status Update,” the list of connectors now shows all enabled connectors.

  • When selecting the “Enable auto URBA” option during an upload, the check mark is now persistent after the upload starts.

  • When creating a ticket, the “Select Connector” dropdown will no longer include disabled connectors.

  • The export template “triple dot” menu should correctly show all available functions for your set of privileges.

  • The debug option available for integrations will now be hidden for legacy integrations that do not support the feature.

  • The Scanner Specific Information will now show in the detail pane as it previously did.

  • The details panes of the new v2 list views (host, applications, host findings, and application findings) will now have a scrollbar when applicable.

  • When configuring columns for the new list views, it will show the un-selected columns in alphabetical order.

  • The detail panes for Hosts, Host Findings, Applications, and Application Findings will display the fields for hostname and IP Address showing “NA” when the fields have no data.

  • The filtering system will now correctly allow you to add more than one filter category to the third filter group when using the “OR” capability.

Known Issues

  • Some users performing manual uploads may experience some unexpected "uploading" messages on older uploads that had previously been completed. The user may see the screen switching between completed and uploading screen while the upload is running. This does not impact any of the previous uploads or the one that was initiated. Once completed, the uploaded files process normally.
