Configure smart rules

In the Management Portal at Data Model > Smart Rules, configure smart rules. A smart rule is a set of criteria that you can use in service workflow actions to dynamically determine the actor(s) to whom they apply during a service transaction.

  • You cannot create smart rules with the names Subscriber and Requester.
