Integrating Identity Director with Ivanti Automation and Workspace Control

You can integrate Identity Director with Ivanti Automation and Workspace Control. This makes it easier to create and manage services.

• In Identity Director, you can configure services that invoke Run Books in Automation.
• In Automation, you can publish Run Books as a service in Identity Director.
• In Workspace Control, you can use existing services in Identity Director or create new ones, and use them as access principle for managed applications, printers and settings. This allows for self-servicing capabilities in the user workspace.

Integration of Ivanti Automation with Identity Director 2019.1 or higher requires Automation 2019 or higher.
Native integration of Workspace Control with Identity Director 2019.1 or higher is currently under development. This section will be updated once the feature becomes available.
