Add the End Workflow action to specify the end of a workflow and give it a specific status.
This action is especially useful in exceptions: if the delivery of a service leads to an exception in the workflow, you can then specify if the finished state of the exception should have a Completed or Failed status. This allows you to specify if the workflow of the exception should lead to a successful service delivery. You can create custom end states in the Management Portal at Setup > General to provide more context for the success or failure of an instance of a workflow.
