Test the Service Desk Framework connection and apply the license

When you have set up the Service Desk Framework to connect to the database, we recommend that you test this connection and apply your license. The easiest method of testing the Service Desk Framework connection is using the Ivanti Console client application that is installed as part of the default web server installation.

On the web server, run Program Files (x86)\LANDesk\Service Desk\Console\Console.exe, and log in as SA. The default password is administrator.

When you first log in, you are asked to apply a license.
