Automatic actions
Automatic actions are steps that are completed automatically (without user interaction) in order to progress the process to the next status. For example, you can set up tasks to appear automatically when the process reaches a certain stage, or you can assign the process to a specific person.
Within Process Designer, automatic actions are green, and manual actions are blue.
When a user completes the manual action and saves it, the four tasks are automatically generated. A user does not have to manually create these tasks, they are created automatically.
