Specifying the default action and autoprompt

If you have two or more manual actions available at a given status, then you can specify the default action so that it appears bold in the workspace Actions list. This indicates your preferred path in the process. If these actions have windows, then you can make the default action window appear automatically.

To specify the default action:
  1. In the Process Designer component, open the relevant process then select the action that you want as the default action.
  2. In the Properties grid, set Is default action instance to True.
  3. Click .

When you have specified the default action, you can make its window appear automatically, using Autoprompt.

To make the default action window appear automatically:
  1. In the Process Designer component, open the relevant process then select the default action.
  2. In the Properties grid, set Is autoprompt action instance to True.
  3. Click .
