Enhancing the appearance of your Query Results

There are several ways in which you can enhance the appearance of your query results. You can:

• configure the column widths and headers on the list panel
• configure the appearance of the preview panel
• modify the appearance of the rows
• display alternate rows differently
• specify the borders of the cells
• specify the general settings for the query

The following sections demonstrate modifying the System Query of All Incidents. You can modify all existing and new queries in the same way.
