Setting the Max Records property

If you have set up connection types for eDirectory or LDAP, then you can set up the number of records you want to display from a single directory branch (this applies to the main branch and each of its sub-branches). If the directory contains more records than this maximum value, then the excess records will not be displayed.

For example, if the maximum records value is set to 1000, then any directory branch or sub-branch containing more than 1000 records will not display the excess records.

This is not the same for Active Directory, which uses data staging to display the maximum number of records at a time. Do not change the maximum records value for Active Directory.
