Scheduling appointments for users

Using Web Access, you can schedule appointments for users to provide visibility of their availability within Service Desk or Asset Manager. Adding the Schedulable behavior to the user object enables you to associate a calendar of appointments with a user, which can then be viewed on the User window. Appointments can be added as part of a process, and calendars can be viewed on Web Access dashboards. You can similarly associate calendars with CIs.
