If you find a knowledge search result in the Ivanti Console that might provide useful information for a process (for example, an incident), you can attach it to the open process.
To attach knowledge results to an open process using the Ivanti Console:
When results are returned for an open process, on the Knowledgebase tab, right-click the relevant knowledge, then click Attach. The knowledge data is attached to the current process and the Linked Knowledge collection appears in the Process tree and as a tab (depending on how your windows are configured).
On the Process tree, expand Linked Knowledge. The article you attached as knowledge is listed.
Double-click the knowledge article or document to open it.
You can remove knowledge results from a process if you find that they are not relevant to the process using the Detach Knowledge action.
