Adding a Process Action

When you have created the Integration Process Source, you need to add the appropriate Service Desk or Asset Manager action that will be launched by the event. For example, you might want to resolve the relevant Request, completing the Resolution window with parameters provided by LPM.

To add a Process Action:
  1. In the Configuration tree, select the Integration Process Source node you created.
  2. In the Actions list, click Add Process Action.
    The Add Process Action dialog appears.
  3. In the Process Action list, select the required action, then click OK.
    A new process action is added to the Configuration tree.

Make sure you choose an action that is available at the status that the process will be at.
