Selecting the Watch Incident action in the Full Incident process (see Incident Management: Full Incident) creates an Incident Watch List Task, which is then used by the Incidents I Am Watching query (see Incidents I Am Watching) to enable users to easily find Incidents that they are interested in.
The Incident Watch List Task immediately moves to the Watching status. Because this is an End status, this means that the parent Incident can still be resolved, even with this Task linked to it. If the parent Incident is closed, the Task is automatically completed. The Stop Watching action removes the Incident from the results of the Incidents I Am Watching query.
There are no optional actions.
