Standard users

There are no users of type Account Manager, Contact, or End User in the default out of the box database. There are, however, some analyst accounts already created.

Analysts

The standard analysts have no CIs or Groups associated with them by default. However, they are associated with the following roles:

Analyst	Assigned roles
Guest	Guests
SA	Administrators

End Users

A SelfServiceGuest end user is included. It has no CIs, groups, or roles associated with it. This user is suitable to use to provide a welcome page for Self Service if you are not using integrated login. You need to associate it the Self Service Anonymous user.

System Users

A System User called System is included. System Users do not use a license and can be used only as the user account for application services such as Mail Manager. System User accounts cannot be used to log in to applications such as the Console, Web Access, or Workspaces.
