The RSS Feed Generator and Service Desk Framework

Service Desk enables you to create RSS feeds from Service Desk queries, which users can then subscribe to. In order to generate and access Service Desk queries using RSS, Service Desk uses the Service Desk Framework web application on your Service Desk Web server.

The RSS Feed Generator enables you to create RSS feeds for all of your Service Desk user and system queries. Service Desk Framework then accesses and distributes the current query information.
