Migrating values (all versions) and applying the new license key

You need to apply a new license key when upgrading to a new major version or to Asset Manager 2016.2. Also, when you first log in after upgrading, you must log in to the Console as SA to enable certain internal data migrations to happen. This initial log in will take longer than usual while the migration occurs.
