Set the Edit MultiLingual Data privilege (V7.8.2)

From V7.8.2 you can add translations for instances of operational data, such as string fields on CIs and reference lists, and descriptions and solutions on articles. The addition of these translations is privileged, so you need to make sure that only the appropriate groups and roles have this privilege.

To set the Edit MultiLingual Data privilege:

1. In the Ivanti Console, start the Administration component, and display the User Management tree.
2. For each group and role, make sure that the Configuration Components\Configuration\Edit MultiLingual Data privilege is set as you require.
