Click Data Export under Data Management on the menu bar to display the Data Export List page, where you can:
•Create new data exports
•Edit existing data exports
•View export history for existing data exports
•Run an existing data export
•Delete an existing data export

Editing existing data exports
To edit an existing data export, click the name link in the Data Export List for the data export that you want to edit. The Add/Edit Data Export page for the selected data export record appears.

Viewing the export history for existing data exports
To view the export history for an existing data export, click History alongside the required entry. The Export History data grid appears, showing the run date, export status, and the number of rows exported for each data export.
Running an existing data export
To run an existing data export:
1.Click Run Now alongside the required entry.
The Run Data Export dialog appears, warning that system data will be synchronized directly into the target platform and that the target platform must be configured to allow data to be imported (with appropriate credentials).
2.To proceed with the data export, click Start.
Delete an existing data export
To delete an existing data export, click the red X icon alongside the relevant entry.
