Data Summary page: Liabilities tab

The Liabilities tab on the Data Summary page contains a data grid view of all liabilities identified during the reconciliation.

You can navigate, sort, and filter the data grid, and also export data from it using the data export options in the menu for each column. For more information on data grids, see Viewing pages of data.

Click the Expand Entry arrow icon to the left of an entry in the Liabilities data grid to display the Detail expansion pane for the selected product:

The Detail expansion pane shows:

• License details for the selected product
  Which licenses have been used in covering the identified liability.

• User Role details for the selected product
  Any user roles linked with the identified liability.

• Software details for the selected product
  Software inventory records that comprise the total liability.
