Managing user privacy
Ivanti Neurons for Mobile Threat Defense has policies and tools to provide elevated levels of privacy for Ivanti Neurons for Mobile Threat Defense clients who require higher data privacy standards.
Location tracking through IP address is enabled by default within the MES console. IP address tracking is only applicable if certain threats are detected, otherwise, MTD is not using the IP address.
If location tracking should be turned off, then please contact Ivanti Support requesting this feature be turned off.
