Taking actions on a mobile device

There are several Ivanti-specific actions available on the Device Details pane, allowing you to lock, unlock, wipe, retire devices, and force devices to check in.

To take an action on a device:

1.

Access the Device Details pane as described in Viewing information about a specific device.

2.

Right-click the Device Details pane header, and select one of the Ivanti actions.
