MDM preconfigurations

Before you configure MTD Management Console for use with EPMM, you need to create an Ivanti Mobile Device Management (MDM) application program interface (API) user and assign a few roles. This API user will be used by the MTD Management Console to communicate with Ivanti MDM. Ivanti recommends creating a new API user to manage MTD.

If you are switching between MTD providers, Ivanti recommends that you create new configurations instead of modifying existing ones.
