Support for Azure device compliance for macOS devices: Ivanti Neurons for MDM now supports Azure device compliance for macOS devices. For more information, see Partner Device Compliance on the Ivanti Neurons for MDM Administrator Guide.

Support for Device Compliance: The Apps@Work webclip now supports Device Compliance on macOS devices. The Device Compliance option is visible if the Partner Device Compliance configuration is enabled for the device from the Ivanti Neurons for MDM administrative portal. The device user can access Microsoft 365 applications once the Device Compliance is available.

Prerequisites: Ensure that the following prerequisites are met for the Device Compliance option to be available and functional:

The device is enrolled from the Ivanti Neurons for MDM administrative portal.

The Partner Device Compliance configuration is enabled on the Ivanti Neurons for MDM administrative portal.
-
For every check-in, the client displays a local device notification asking the user to securely register their device to access Microsoft 365 apps.
-
If the device user launches the app from a notification or when they open the app from the home screen, the client displays the setup screen and requests the user to complete the Azure Active Directory enrollment.

The device user can access the Office 365 app if the device is compliant.
-
The device user will not be able to access the Office 365 app if the device is not compliant.
-
If the device user tries to access Office 365 app and their device is not enrolled with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft redirects the user to the default enrollment URL if the device is not registered.

If the device is registered and non-compliant, the client displays the non-compliance message, the reason for non-compliance, and Microsoft redirects the device user to the default remediation URL.

The administrative portal application is configured with the primary account for logging in. If the device has more than one login accounts, Microsoft or the administrative portal application will sync with the primary account.

Branding update: As part of re-branding the following changes are made:

The product name Mobile@Work is now rebranded to Ivanti Mobile@Work.

The product icon is now updated to reflect the branding changes.

Enhancements to support app certificates renewal: New enhancements are added to support the automatic renewal of app certificates to maintain client server communication for continuous enhancements.

- MobileIron Cloud is now Ivanti Neurons for MDM: You can see the Ivanti Neurons for MDM logo on the following pages of the administrative portal and the self-service portal:
- The log-in page - administrative portal and self-service portal
- The left navigation bar in the expanded and collapsed state - administrative portal
All the instances of Cloud are also updated to Ivanti Neurons for MDM in the Ivanti Neurons for MDM Administrator Guide.
- Support to recognize and display deep links sent through notifications: Ivanti Mobile@Work for macOS now recognizes and displays multiple deep links sent through notifications. Users can click on the link to redirect to the linked web page or application. You can configure the deep links as follows:
- Browser link: [link|http://www.example.com/index.html] - The link opens in a browser.
- In-app link: [text editor|applicationdetails://com.barebones.bb.edit] - Application details open in the Ivanti Mobile@Work for macOS page. If there is no application associated with the bundle ID, an error message is displayed.

- Application search field implemented in Apps@Work: A search field is added in the left navigation bar to allow customers to search applications by name or description.

- Uninstall Ivanti Mobile@Work for macOS using MDM: Starting from release 1.83 onwards you can uninstall Ivanti Mobile@Work application using the Mobile Device Manager. After you change the App Distribution to No one and Force Check-in the device, the application file and the associated files are deleted from the device to ensure that the application is uninstalled completely.
- Apps@Work tracks the user application directory along with the root application directory: Starting from Ivanti Mobile@Work for macOS release 1.83 onwards Apps@Work tracks and changes the status of the applications that are installed in the user application directory.

- Display notification tab with details: Starting from Ivanti Mobile@Work for macOS release 1.82 onwards a notification tab is implemented on the home page that displays the following details:
- Last checked in details
- A notification (bell) icon
- Application notifications
- Ivanti Mobile@Work notifications

Support for installation of high priority MIP applications during user onboarding: Ivanti Mobile@Work for macOS now supports installation of high priority MIP applications during user onboarding. The User Onboarding progress screen on the client system now also displays the count of high-priority MIP applications that are being installed.

Display brand details on the User Onboarding page: Administrators can now upload the following brand details to appear on the User Onboarding page:
