Use the Name Server tab in the Avalanche Update Settings dialog box to manually configure the DNS and domain name settings for the mobile device. You may be required to reboot the mobile device before the new settings are applied.
When this tab is accessed through the Enabler interface, it is the DNS tab. For information on accessing this tab from the device, see Managing Wireless Network Settings from the Enabler.
The Network, Name Server, and Wireless tabs are not available from the Avalanche Enabler configuration package. If you want to configure these options for the mobile device after installation using Avalanche, you can use an Avalanche network profile or Scan to Config.
