Report Options

View Options

Select how data is in a report is grouped, sorted and ordered. Apply

the required grouping and sorting options using the drop-downs and click APPLY VIEW OPTIONS to refresh the report. The following options are available:

Toggle Data Display

You can show or hide data by clicking on the legends at the bottom of each report. In this example, the Logon report display has been updated to show only maximum and minimum logon times. The Average Duration and Latest Duration legends have been selected to remove that data from display.

Export

Export and download the displayed report in one Comma Separated Values (CSV) format. The exported data is subject to any filters and that have been applied to the report through the Insight console.

Print

Print the report in the current view to a selected printer. If you have appropriate software installed, such as Adobe Acrobat, this option also allows you to create a PDF of the chart. The printed data is subject to any filters and that have been applied to the report through the Insight console.

Printing Reports from Internet Explorer 11

Internet Explorer 11 does not format printed reports correctly because, by default, the ability to print background colors and images is not enabled. To enable this function:

Email

Share a report via email.

When the recipient clicks the link, their default browser displays the Insight Login screen. Once logged in, the report is displayed with any filters applied.

In order to view emailed reports, recipients must have either an Appliance or Report login.
