How to View What a Contract Includes

To view what line items are included in a contract:

  1. Locate the contract by doing one of the following from the CAM Purchasing console:
    • Select Contracts > All Contracts
    • Select Expiring
    • Select one of the By Status subfolders
  2. In the right pane, find the contract and do one of the following:
    • Click View Line Items. A box opens that lists all line items included in the contract.
      If the contract does not have a View Line Items hyperlink, it doesn't contain any line items. You can add line items to it by selecting Edit, then enter an order and add line items to the order.

    • Click Edit to open a box that includes all of the available information for this contract.
