Browser Client Account Information

Options in the Browser Client account information section are described below.

Action Description
Languages Allows Users to switch cultures to change the language for platform and content strings.
New Browser Window Opens the page in a new browser window.
My Profile Allows Users to view their personal information (Contact information, manager information, etc.). The form is populated using information from the User Profile.
Logout Logs the User out of the current session.

Action Description
Help Icon Allows Users to access a defined Help System/site. For information on configuring a Help site, see Configure Global Help Settings.
Report Error Allows Users to submit information about an error they receive while working in Cherwell Service Management to the Cherwell Software Support Team. If desired, configure a custom e-mail address in Global System Settings (CSM Administrator > Settings > Edit System Settings > Help Settings).
(719) 386-7000 Cherwell Software company phone number. If desired, configure a custom phone number in Global System Settings (CSM Administrator > Settings > Edit System Settings > Help Settings).
<Version Number> Current version of Cherwell Service Management.
<Environment Type> Environment Current system environment (Development, Production, or Test). If an environment is not selected, the text does not display.
