Log a Record in the Browser Client

Browser Client records are very similar in appearance and functionality to Desktop Client records. For more information, see Browser Client Forms.

To log a record in the CSM Browser Client:

  1. Log in to the Browser Client.
  2. On the Browser Client menu bar, click the New menu.
  3. Select the type of record from the drop-down (example: New Incident). The record opens in the main pane.
  4. Complete using the appropriate workflow and save the record.
