Manage SLA Forms

Manage SLA forms in CSM Administrator.

To manage SLA Forms:

1. In CSM Administrator, select Create a New Blueprint.
2. Select the SLA Business Object.
3. Select Edit Form.
4. In the Form drop-down list, select the form you wish to manage. See SLA Forms.
5. Make any necessary changes.
6. Save the form and blueprint.
